It’s almost the end of January and I’m still in love with my word for this year…BRAVE.
I decided that in order to really celebrate this word and do it the justice it deserves, I would need to start yet another project…
…yes, for those of you keeping count, I need another project life I need another hole in the head…
But I’m doing it. After using a kit to work on my December Daily album
, I decided that I need more structure in some of those long-term projects. Having structure helps me keep on task and provides me with the guidance and community I need in order to actually finish a project.
Each month, Ali provides some encouragement and a simple creative or writing project that will help document your word…something I’m looking forward to doing. There is an online classroom through Big Picture Classes, and the gallery is already bursting at the seams with this month’s project. I cannot wait to get started…but I’m not letting myself even touch the supplies I purchased until I have a few more things done with Project Life
and 30 Days of Lists
I don’t want to give anything away, but I do want to share some of the intentions I set for myself for the year:
Set brave goals
Be brave enough
Make brave plans
Make a brave choice
Take a brave step
Make a brave attempt
Honor a brave decision
Make a brave push
Reach for brave limits
Go to brave heights
Be brave enough to forgive
Grow brave by reflection

Are you doing One Little Word?
How are you documenting your word?
P.S. I’m probably going to order the same kind of locket
as last year for my One Little Word, but if you have other favorite jewelry stores (that have nickle-free options!), please let me know! Or heck, even a favorite print shop with a print with ‘brave’ in it would be awesome! Go ahead and leave links in the comments :)
